After purchase, you will get an email with "action required" in the subject line requesting your education and employment information. When your response is reviewed we will follow up with an intake form for you to complete. 

The turnaround time for your order does not start until all information has been received. 

Any missing or incomplete information will result in delays. 

Failure to select "reply all" will result in delays to your turnaround time. 

Please check spam, junk or trash as the “action required” email is delivered immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for delays associated with incorrect email addresses.

Documents will be completed within the turn around time selected; additional time may be needed based on the complexity of your career profile, if additional time is needed we will contact you directly to determine if the extended time works for you (rare). Examples of factors impacting complexity include years of experience, education level, and on occasion demand at the time of order. Business days are weekdays and exclude weekends and holidays. Expedited service is available for a fee. This extended turnaround time is a direct result of increased demand during sales and promotions. If you do not want to wait an extended period of time please purchase products at regular price. Expedited service does not apply to coupons and promotions.

By purchasing our services, you agree to our terms of service, privacy policy, and return policy these full policies can be found on your invoice, displayed during checkout, they must be accepted prior to checkout. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for order cancellations, or dissatisfaction. A resume, cover letter, coaching and other services offered are “professional opinions”. We may consider refunds on a case by case basis at our sole discretion only for extenuating circumstances caused by our staff. In most cases, we will correct issues with your documents so long as issues are presented within 4 days of receiving your purchase and are in compliance with our terms of service. If your dissatisfaction is a result of information that you failed to provide at the time of purchase and intake such as forgetting to provide an address, job, job title, dates, full job descriptions, career choice or direction, or any other information needed to fulfill your order you will be charged an additional fee to edit your documents. For Packages including application processing, If we reach out to you for additional information relative to completing applications on your behalf you have 24 hours to respond, if you do not respond within that time frame you will be put at the end of the list, if the positions we find expire it will be your responsibility to find new positions or you will pay an additional fee to find positions to replace what we have found.

We charge surcharges based on education for many reasons. Education level directly correlates with the competitiveness of the positions you will be qualified for and applying for. Additionally, education level directly correlates to document complexity, years of experience and the amount of time and research needed to create a document that will effectively and competitively represent you in the job market. For example, a call center resume will not require the same time or research as a claims adjuster, just as a claims adjuster resume will not require the same time or research as a Marketing Director, Attorney etc. 

All sales are final, and there will be no refunds. 

If you are unhappy with the services rendered we will make changes necessary to improve the documents as long as the changes are presented within 4 days. This does not include information that is not within the scope of service you selected such as academic projects, employment experience beyond the years of experience covered under your package, skills not provided before document completion, or any information not provided before document completion. 

We will not edit the format, we use our own formats and cannot customize formats. We will not edit a resume or refund a resume simply because “you do not like it”, all edits must be specific and within the scope of the service you paid for.

This does not apply to dissatisfaction associated with your failure to provide the necessary information needed to create your documents. We will not edit documents because you “changed your mind” about the field you wish to pursue. 

For example, if you fail to provide all of your education, and positions you have worked which you want to be included on your document before document completion we will not go in and add these for free a fee will be charged based on the complexity of the information provided.

If you decide to cancel any part of a package please note that no refund will be given for unused portions as all sales are final.

By doing business with More 4 Less Resumes you agree to waive your right to arbitration, you agree that all disputes will be handled between you and the company directly. Any frivolous chargebacks or disputes will result in a $350 collection fee in addition to the cost of service. If you submit a chargeback before the due date of your service we will not release the completed documents and any other fulfillable services until the dispute has been closed by the bank and we have received notification directly from your banking institution. If you submit a chargeback before your service due date an additional fee between $35-$350 will be assessed before releasing the remaining services. 

We will take aggressive collection action to recover funds from fraud, theft, or frivolous disputes, including turning accounts over to collections which may have an adverse impact on your credit report.

Every policy herein is considered legally binding. If you disagree with any of our policies please refrain from purchasing our services.

This agreement supersedes any other agreements verbal or in writing.
