For standard appointments: if you miss your appointment and fail to reschedule 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment a rescheduling fee of $75 will apply. If you miss two appointments full payment will be required. If you fail to call in to your appointment within 5 minutes of your scheduled time your appointment will be canceled, and a $75 rebooking fee will apply.
For expedited appointments, should you miss your appointment or fail to call in your appointment will be canceled after the 5-minute grace period and no refund will be provided, you will need to pay again.
Calendar availability is available for review prior to booking under Career Coaching. Cancellation waiting list spots cannot be guaranteed.
If you book under an ineligible service such as the White Glove Experience, you will be charged a $25 rebooking, your appointment will not be honored, and you will need to rebook under the correct service.
It is your responsibility to call in at your scheduled time, this is to ensure that there are no issues such as time zone discrepancies, missed call discrepancies etc. 
Failure to call in within 5 minutes of your appointment will result in cancellation & rebooking fees or forfeiture will apply. If you call and for some reason you do not get an answer, immediately send a text message as time stamped verification that you did call prior to the expiration of the five-minute grace period.

Immediately After Purchase, you will be emailed a Career Coaching Intake Questionnaire.
Completion of this form will maximize the time we will get to spend speaking productively about your goals, realistic career paths, and the steps needed to get there.
During this session, we will get to the root of what drives you to help uncover your purpose and mission as it relates to your career.
From there we will assess if based on your background and experience your goal is realistic.
For career coaching calls
We will then review sample positions that reflect the type of roles you should be targeting based on your salary goals, education and experience.
During the call sample jobs will be emailed to you in order to assist you with exploring the types of roles you should be targeting.
After the call you will be required to confirm session delivery via email.
This is a professional opinion, you agree to hold us harmless.
Please note that based on the complexity of your career goals and your indecisiveness you may be assigned “homework” and a follow-up session may be required.

Video Sessions can be requested at an additional cost, video sessions will be delivered via zoom or Webex.
