Service Description
Booking Policy Time Zone Awareness: All bookings reflect the time zone associated with your device. Please ensure you call in at your scheduled time. No-Show Policy: If you do not join your session within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be canceled. Rebooking fees will apply. Non-Refundable: All bookings are non-refundable for any reason. Please ensure you can attend your scheduled session before booking. Rescheduling Policy: Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late reschedule requests will not be accommodated. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for booking their own sessions independently through the provided calendar. We do not schedule sessions on behalf of clients. Booking Deadline: Sessions must be booked within 24 hours of purchase to avoid delays. Failure to book within this timeframe may result in processing delays, and no refund will be provided. Eligibility: This booking option is exclusively for clients who have purchased the White Glove Experience and a supplemental one-on-one session. All other bookings will be canceled within 24 hours—no exceptions. Office Hours: We are closed on weekends and holidays. Any sessions booked during these times will not be honored, and you will need to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
In order to optomize availabilty for all clients please review our booking & cancellation policies before booking. Cancellations will result in forfeiture as all sales are final. Rescheduling is allowed one time if done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise, a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged. After booking you will receive a confirmation email, this email contains the phone number to call on the date & time of your appointment. Failure to call in within 5 minutes of your appointment will result in cancellation & a $75 rebooking fee will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. Same day bookings require prior writen approval from management. Please note that a complete response to your action required email must be received at least 48 hours before booking to ensure ample time to prepare for your session.
