Service Description
You will be emailed before your session to complete an intake email providing details on recent roles you've applied for and been rejected to as well as a copy of the resume used to apply. This is a 30 minute call and is non-refundable. Failure to join your session will result in forfeiture. The purpose of this call is to determine if your resume needs refinement, your job search target needs adjustment or both, this is not a career coaching call.
Cancellation Policy
In order to optomize availabilty for all clients please review our booking & cancellation policies before booking. Cancellations will result in forfeiture as all sales are final. Rescheduling is allowed one time if done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise, a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged. After booking you will receive a confirmation email, this email contains the phone number to call on the date & time of your appointment. Failure to call in within 5 minutes of your appointment will result in cancellation & a $75 rebooking fee will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. Same day bookings require prior writen approval from management. Please note that a complete response to your action required email must be received at least 48 hours before booking to ensure ample time to prepare for your session.
