Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, disagreement with professional opinions, or buyer’s remorse. Canceled orders convert to in-store credit; cancellation fees may apply. Orders may not be canceled once work has begun.
Disputes: Bank disputes will incur a $350 collection fee in addition to service cost. Accounts sent to collections may adversely impact credit standing.
